Hello, my name is Nuno and I’m a computer (and Internet) geek, programmer and all-around technology enthusiast.

I program mainly in Perl and my strongest involvement with the Perl community materializes in my being a member of the Lisbon Perl Mongers, founding member of the (now defunct) Cascais Perl Mongers and current vice-president of the Portuguese Perl Programmers Association - APPP.

Besides the all the web and technology related stuff I also like to do many other things in real life such as reading, (amateur) photography, (really amateur) videography, podcasting, drinking tea, skiing, lazying around in front of a roaring fireplace in cold winter days, listening to (almost all kinds of) music, …

But my greatest passion is without a doubt traveling.
