While I’m on the subject of kitchen-tech I’ve been pointed to this appliance by another tech aficionado.

Now this gives a whole new meaning to the term “burning a CD”, and if you think I’m kidding check out page three of the project.

And it looks good too, I wouldn’t mind having one of these in my kitchen.

The complete auto-setup

I can’t even begin to describe how kool this car looks with a totally revamped iBook.

It is complete with GPS (with maps and driving directions, of course), WiFi (can you say wardriving? - and no, it’s got nothing to do with road-rash or any other hostile activity), radar detector, multiple webcams and an infrared rearview webcam pointed out from the back of the car. And it glows in the dark!
